Q: WILL THE DELIVERY DATE CHANGE?
A: No! Generally speaking, the e-proofs will be sent within 2 business days via email after you place a bulk order. Once you confirm all the e-proofs we sent, we will submit your order to our production line and ship it out in 5-10 business days. The shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
Q: WHAT MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING TO KEEP YOUR TEAM MEMBERS SAFE?
A: The health and safety of all our team members is our top priority. In light of covid-19, our production facilities have retrained on current best practices for maintaining strict hygiene. All employees wear masks and gloves and work areas are kept clean.
Q: MY WEDDING DATE HAS CHANGED. WHAT DO I DO?
A: If your order has not been printed, please contact us via email if you would like to: change the wedding date, leave the date space empty or make other changes. We can help you make changes for free.
If your order has already been printed and the date has changed as a result of Covid-19. Please contact us via email, we’ll walk you through your options and work with you to find the right solution.
Also, we offer “change of date” cards. They are the perfect way to announce changes to your wedding plans and it can be customized to your liking. These cards are currently 50% OFF. Shop Change of Date cards here.
Q: I AM A NEW CUSTOMER AND I WANT TO HOLD A WEDDING AFTER COVID-19. WHAT CAN I DO DURING THIS TIME?
A: We are here all the time for you! If you'd like to get started but are uncertain about your date, we can design your invitation and hold your order until you're ready to print. E-proofs will be sent to you within 2 business days via email after you place an order and we will provide unlimited complimentary revisions to help create the invitation of your dreams for your big day!
If you are not sure which style to purchase, we would recommend placing an order for samples. During this time, we are providing flexible customized services for all sample orders (for most styles). Quantity for samples are unlimited. Place sample orders here.
Even if you are uncertain about which invitation to choose, we can still provide you with a pre-order e-proof for free. Please Note: For most styles, we can provide custom services such as changes to layout, ink colors, and fonts. If the style involves foil, screen printing and letterpress, customized services will not be provided. Currently, it is not possible to change the color of our laser cut pockets.
