Step 1: Place Order

You can browse Elegant Wedding Invites by color, theme, season, or style to find the wedding invitation that matches your wedding theme and colors. After you find the invitation you want to order, fill out the order form online (NOTE: please double-check your email address for any spelling errors) and place the order directly on our site. If you have any questions before or during the ordering process, you can consult us by live chat, Facebook, email, or call us directly.

Step 2: Order Confirmation

We will email you the order confirmation and it will contain your order number, order details, and customer information after you place the order successfully. Double-check your order information for any errors or new changes. If you need a correction, please email us immediately.

Step 3: Sending e-proofs

We will email you the e-proofs for you to preview within 36 hours (business days) after you place the order. E-proofs should be checked very carefully, particularly spelling, spacing, and layout; we will make changes for you until you are satisfied and won’t print the order until you give us your final approval.

Step 4: Printing

When you have thoroughly checked and approved the final e-proofs, we can then proceed to print the order. It takes about 1-2 business days for printing.

Step 5: Quality Check and Packaging

Our Quality Department will check the print quality carefully, if the print quality is not qualified, the order will be returned and reprinted until qualified then proceed to package.

Step 6: Delivery

We will ship your order after packaging. Well, our general shipping carrier is DHL and takes about 3-7 business days for you to receive the order. We will email you the tracking number to let you know your invitations are on their way.

Tip #1: Start looking and ordering invitations at least 3-6 months before your wedding to ensure you have time to make everything go smoothly. Sending your invitations out approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding is customary, so you’ll need to give yourself enough time to search, compare, order, and assemble the invitations before mailing. If you have enough time, place a sample order first to preview the invitation you are wanting to order.

Tip #2: If you want to preview the invitations before ordering, personalize online is a good choice for you. The preview is NOT a final proof, but rather a digital image with your wording copied on the invitation you are ordering.
