That’ why I am here. Below I am breaking down the need-to-know details about our semi-custom wedding invites, so if you’re thinking about utilizing this option, you don’t have to be confused and left in the dark.

The Process

Step 1 : Choose your favorite invitation suite

Elegant Wedding Invites (EWI for short) are specialied in elegant and classic wedding invitations with laser cut wraps. To follow the modernized wedding trends, we have designed two new product lines: Acrylic and Vellum.

Step 2 : Fill out your requirements on the ordering page

When you have chosen one of our online wedding invitations. The next step is to place your order. Go to the product page and complete our order form so that we have all of the necessary order details. For customization, please take more attention to these two parts that we attached below. We will send you an early feedback once we have received your order information.

Free of Costs : In-stock colors of the orginal wrap/Paper colors in store/Wording, Fonts, Printing colors/Another inner card design from us/Your own card design…

Not for free: Printing method/Paper material (e.g from paper to vellum)/Wrap colors that are out of store/Embellishments not belonging to the orginal invitation like colored envelopes, envelope liners, wax seal, ribbons…

Step 3 : Design & Refine & Reproof

Once we’ve got all your info and details for your wedding inviations, we begin. During the design process you will proofread your suite, confirm color selections, and final details. We will do our best to make any changes before your order is printed. We’ll email you a proof with your design and colors you selected.

Step 4 : Print 

Once you have approved the final proof, your files will be sent to the printer. Printing usually takes 5-7 working days for digital printing and about 7-9 workind days for foil printing. Step 5: Delivery

After we have all the items received, we will package them with love and care and ship them your way in one box! Please allow additional 7-9 working days for processing and shipment.

Kindly note: Your Wedding Invitations will come in seperate parts. We offer assembly service, should you decide you don’t have time to do it yourself.

Step 6: After Your Wedding Invitations

Our job isn’t over when your invitations go in the mail. In addition to invitation design & other stationery, we  can also complete your wedding day dream with a fully coordinated look. From programs, signs, menus, and table numbers to escort cards and thank you notes, we’re here to make sure you’ve got the complete look you’ve imagined for your big day and beyond.
