If you are getting married this fall or winter, ordering your wedding invitations should be on your to-do list now. The wedding invitation is the very first part of the design that your guests will see.
This sets the tone for your wedding day, so let’s talk about how to tie it all together.
- Font
Use the same font throughout your design to ensure cohesive consistency.
The font you choose for your wedding invitation should be the same as your table numbers, place cards, menu cards, bar signage, etc…
- Color
The flowers & colours on your wedding invitation should match the bouquet on the wedding day.
The colours that you select for your wedding invitation should match the colours that you are using on your wedding day.
In example, if you are doing a theme wedding, such as a Halloween theme, tie that into your invite! You want your invitations to reflect who you are as a couple, and how your wedding will look & feel.
